Magazine Design

Androstyle, Breaking the Binary Full Magazine

A conceptual fashion magazine dedicated to dismantling gender binaries in the industry. I designed the bold, vibrant layouts using striking colors and typography to highlight themes of diversity, sustainability, and androgyny. To demonstrate my multifaceted skills, I also personally photographed all imagery, including close-up shots of tattoos and models that capture fluidity and rebellion against traditional norms. This project blends graphic design and photography to create an immersive, thought-provoking publication.

Through developing "Breaking the Binary," I deepened my expertise in graphic design and photography. I learned to craft compelling layouts that challenge gender norms, integrating bold colors and typography for impact. Photographing all images enhanced my skills in capturing diverse, inclusive subjects, while researching topics like sustainable fashion and LGBTQ+ representation broadened my understanding of ethical and cultural considerations in creative work.

I am more than happy to discuss further! Reach out to me here.
